The Zebra DelGuard +2C is a 2+1 multi-pen with two 0.7 mm pens and a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil. It is the only member of the Delguard family that is a pen.
The pen uses Zebra’s EK ink refills in a D1 standard size. The EK ink is the Surari “emulsion” ink, which is Zebra’s hybrid ink.
The +2C (sometimes written as “2C”) is an oversized pen with an extended length and wide grip. It’s similar in design to the Zebra DelGuard GR, which is the grippy version of the pen and also has a larger-than-normal diameter in order to make it more comfortable to hold.
The Delguard 2C is a wide, lightweight pen thanks to a plastic construction. It uses plastic slides on the sides as well as the clip (which is also a slide) in order to choose between the black pen, red pen, and 0.5 mm pencil. If your unscrew the grip area you can see
The grip is a rubber material with no give to it. It’s similar in size to the grip on the DelGuard GR but that pen’s grip is softer, though neither are squishy like an Uni Alpha Gel.
Unlike typical multi-pens the +2C does not use D1-sized refills. Rather, this pen uses slightly longer refills with plastic bodies.
