Noodler’s Blue Black is an affordable, high-quality fountain pen ink in a very dark blue black tone. Unlike Noolder’s very similar Air Corp it is not water-resistance.
Noodler’s Blue Blue is almost identical in color to Air Corp and is a close match to Diamine Blue Black as well. The Noodler’s is a good deal cheaper than most other inks because it is sold in a large, 3 oz. (90 ml) bottle for under $15. It’s also widely available and sold through Amazon as well as most online fountain pen shops.
Blue Black is an office-friendly color that has faster dry times than Air Corp and other water-resistant inks. It’s more water-resistant than a typical fountain pen ink, but isn’t one of Noodler’s “Bulletproof” inks. For a Bulletproof blue black ink you could get:

Blue Black is a well-behaved, easy to use ink that is not very exciting on the page but does its job nicely. It does write on the wet side and has a lot of saturation but is reasonably easy to clean.
