The Fisher Space Pen TLP, often known simply as the Fisher Telescoping Pen, is expanding mini pen with an all-metal body.
The TLP is a small metal pen that you can pull to extend the body and the refill. The pen is fully made of aluminum with a wide knurling at the grip area and the top of the pen (the part which is pulled to open it). The pen is extremely well-built, with a firm click when opening and closing it. This nice action means the TLP is one of the fun, fidget-friendly pens sold in 2021.
The pen uses Fisher’s standard PR4 ballpoint refill, just like the more famous AG7 Space Pen. This means the TLP can write upside down, underwater, and in a temperature range from below freezing to near-boiling.
The pen is quite similar in build and design to the Tombow Object Pixie expanding pen.
