Diamine Skull and Roses is a fountain pen ink that combines a mid-tone blue with a heavy pink sheen.
This is an ink that writes in a nice blue but dries, at practically any nib size and with almost all nice papers, to have a very noticeable pink metallic shine to it.
This ink is a close match to Diamine’s harder-to-find Maureen as well a Organics Studio Nitrogen, another heavily sheening ink.
Skulls and Roses is generally a well-behaved ink that works well with most fountain pens. It has slow dry times which makes it a challenging ink for lefties, but it does look great on almost all paper types.
