The Stabilo Bionic is a rollerball pen that is a refillable version of the more popular Worker+ pen.
The Bionic looks like the Bionic Worker and Worker+ pens but it is a refillable version. The body of the pen can be opened to accommodate a propriety refill, where the other two varieties cannot. The Bionic has a largely plastic body, where the other two pens have a full rubber enclosure around the plastic body.
The Bionic is an exceptionally smooth rollerball pen with a quite nice ink flow and great handling. It’s not popular and it’s hard to find in the US, in no small part because the pen is easily confused with the Stabilo Worker+, which was formerly known (and still is in some cases) as the Bionic Worker.
