The writing tip of the 893NP is 0.3 mm, but it writes more like a 0.20 mm pen.
The 893NP and refills like it are not part of a known pen standard, but you can identify compatible refills by looking for a 89 mm length, 3 mm diameter, and plastic spring stops about a third of the way up the refill.
