The Uni-ball Signo UMR-1 is the 0.38 mm gel pen refill that is sold in the Signo DX and Signo UM-151 gel pens. They are the same pens, in the US and Japanese models, respectively.
The UMR-1 refill is confusing because Uni-ball specifically sells a refill called the “UMR-1.” It’s a gel refill with a 0.38 mm writing tip. The UMR-1 is also a family of refills that include:
