The Uni-ball UMR-83E is the 0.38 mm gel ink refill sold in the Uni-ball Signo 307 pen.
This refill was initially only sold in the Signo 307 but should also be sold in the Uni-ball 207 Plus+ when that pen is released in a 0.38 mm version (it was launched in August 2020 in only a 0.7 mm size).
