The Pilot Petit1 is a pocketable, mini fountain pen that shares a few design elements with Pilot’s Varsity fountain pen.
This capped pen uses a tiny fountain pen cartridge that is similar to Pilot’s properiety cartridge, but smaller. The fully-plastic body of the Petit1 is sealed on the back so this pen is an ideal option for conversion to an eyedropper.
The Petit1 uses a small, plastic refill cartridge that looks like a scaled-down version of Pilot’s standard fountain pen cartridge, like that you’d find on a Custom 74. Pilot’s normal cartridges and the company’s converters are all too long to fit the Petit1, so these refills are the only option.
The refills are sold separately and are easy to find online.
