Ohto 897NP is a small needletip ballpoint refill. It’s commonly used in Ohto’s slim pens (Horizon, Slim, etc.). The size is cross-compatible with the Pilot Hi-Tec-C Slim.
The writing tip of the 897NP is 0.7 mm, but it writes much finer than that due to the needlepoint design. It feels more like a 0.38 mm pen when in use.
The 897NP and refills like it are not part of a known pen standard, but you can identify compatible refills by looking for a 89 mm length, 3 mm diameter, and plastic spring stops about a third of the way up the refill.
