The SXR-5 is the 0.5 mm version of the Jetstream ballpoint refill. The SXR family is the standard refill found in almost all Jetstream pens, like the Jetstream Standard and Jetstream RT.
The SXR-600 is a very special refill: it was the first Jetstream refill in a Parker-style G2 refill body. The refill is sold in two forms: the SXR-600-05 and the SXR-600-07, the 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm sizes.
Prior to this refill being available the SXR refills were rollerball-style refills with a proprietary shape. The SXR-600 not only adheres to the G2 standard but it moved the Jetstream refills to a shorter, twist-compatible version with a metal body.

The Pilot BLGS is a family of rollerball refills that are most commonly seen in the Pilot Timeline pens. These looks like short Pilot G2-style refills and are sold in 0.5 mm — the BLGS-5 — and 0.7 mm — the BLGS-7 — sizes. There is no 1.0 mm size available.
Lamy’s T11 is a tiny rollerball refill designed for us in the Lamy Balloon, a rollerball pen for students. The T11 is like a small Lamy M63, but with a smaller, entirely plastic body. Like the M63, the T11 is designed for use with capped rollerball pens.
The Schmidt 888 Safety Ceramic Rollerball refill is a popular, very affordable rollerball refill that is often found in European rollerballs. It’s a very popular aftermarket refill as well.

The Schmidt DSM 2006 is a mechanical pencil converter For Parker-style G2 pens. It’s basically the full internals of a mechanical pencil made modular and fit into the space of a Parker-style G2 refill. This self-contained unit sells for under $5 and while it won’t fit every Parker-style pen, it will fit many of them.
The DSM 2006 is a mechanism for professional pen manufacturers, pen resellers, pen turns, and other pros, but it’s affordable enough and easy enough to find that it’s a fun pick-up for hobbyists as well.

Schmidt’s 6040 is a fiber-tipped fineliner that is shaped like a standard European rollerball refill. It will turn a rollerball into a broad writer that is much more akin to a marker than a ballpoint or standard rollerball. These are used when you want your rollerball body to write like a PaperMate Flair or Sharpie Fine Point Pen.
Pilot’s HERFS-10 is a set of eraser refills that sells in Japan for 100 JPY. In Japan the set is known as the Sharp rubber S.
The Pilot BRF-25-B-B is a 1.2 mm super thick ballpoint refill. This refill is generally not available in the US but can be ordered from Japan using Ebay, or similar service.

This refill is the metal version of the Pilot BRFN-30 series of ink. It uses Pilot Acro ink (an oil-based hybrid). The BRFN-10 is not sold in an extra fine model.
The Pilot BRFN-10M is a plastic refill that is commonly found in the Dr. Grip pens as well as the S20 executive pen.
